Sports Kinesiology

Sports Kinesiology is the culmination of the best techniques from sports science, nutrition, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, psychology and the energetic sciences.
Each session is totally unique and treatment protocols are identified based on the biofeedback given by your body. This customised approach helps us identify the root cause of your problems, and not simply address the symptoms.
Sports Kinesiology has been used to treat low back pain, neck pain, shoulder problems, emotional stress, hormonal issues, digestive issues, skin conditions, learning difficulties and athletic performance. It allows us to break through the barriers to identify underlying causes of imbalance, and treat them to create lasting change.

FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION:

The ultimate key to making true and lasting change in your health, is to identify the causal factors that are contributing to the imbalances in your body. Sometimes, these can be difficult to determine, and are often at a level that is not detected by modern medical procedures. We utilise a number of testing procedures that identify underlying nutritional, metabolic and gastro-intestinal imbalances, as well as pathogens and toxic build up that can be the cause of these imbalances and disease states.
